Return Policy and Refund
All returns and refunds must be made within 15 days and must be authorized by email or telephone at 450-510-5100. Items and their packaging must be in perfect condition for resale. Shipping, handling and special order charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Any returned product without return authorization will be automatically returned to the shipper at its expense.
Moto Folie will not accept your return of merchandise if the following conditions are not respected: Any return must be authorized beforehand by Moto Folie by telephone at 450-510-5100 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The products must be returned within a maximum of 15 days from the date of delivery.
The date shown on the delivery slip.
Electrical and electronic parts as well as special orders are not accepted.
Any product which has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. In particular, a product whose packaging will have been damaged during the return will not be accepted by Moto Folie.
All returns must have their original invoice and their delivery slip.
Any return mail must be made to our branch of Vaudreuil by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, otherwise we will not be able to account for the loss of products during the return transport.
The refund may be made by crediting the credit card or by transfer to the bank account initially used to pay for the product by the customer within 30 days after confirmation of receipt of the Customer’s product. * Square refunds will be processed from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm exclusively.
Moto Folie reserves the right to determine, in good faith, whether all of these conditions are met upon receipt of the product returned by the Customer, Moto Folie will send by email confirmation of receipt of said product
Returns and exchanges in store
Go to the cashier at one of our branches and make sure you have your original invoice and shipping slip (if ordered by telephone or internet) in your possession. Refunds will be issued using the method of payment used in your original transaction. *
Return by mail
Any return must be previously authorized by Moto Folie by phone at 450-510-5100 or by email: email@example.com
Any returned product without return authorization will be automatically returned to the shipper at its expense.
The return label is found in your package and pasted on your return package. Include the delivery slip and your invoice in your return package. Include on the back of your invoice the reason for the refund and the quantity of each item you wish to return.
Moto Folie is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently freed, illegible and / or damaged envelopes or parcels.
All shipping charges, including those incurred for return and exchange costs, are non-refundable.
Once the package has been received at our Vaudreuil branch, please allow approximately 15 business days for processing your refund.
